We take pride in the quality of our products and services at LL Kitchen Meals. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

✅ Terms of Return

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

📦 Eligible Items for Return

Returns are accepted on the following physical products, only if they are:

Unused and in original packaging (e.g., cutting boards, kitchen utensils)
Unopened and sealed (e.g., seasonings or hot sauces)

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on:

Opened food products (e.g., opened seasoning jars or sauces)
Digital downloads, eBooks, or meal plans
Coaching programs, cleanses, or consultations (these are considered services)
Sale or clearance items

❗Reason for Return

Returns are accepted for the following reasons:

Damaged in transit
Defective product
Wrong item shipped

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include photos.

📬 How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at ll@llkitchenmeals.com with:

Your name
Order number
Reason for return
Photos (if damaged)

If approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your return. The item must be shipped back within 7 days of approval.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

A refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days
For late or missing refunds, please check with your bank or credit card provider first before contacting us

We also offer store credit or exchanges upon request.
